At Favorite People, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
